I have been running a handle server for a few months now. I initially had only one prefix 1902.1 and this has been working fine. We recently paid for several new prefixes, including 1902.2. I used the Handle Admin Tool -> Server Admin -> Home Naming Authority to add 1902.2 and got the message 'The naming authority was successfully homed on all servers within the given site' When I try to create a handle (1902.2/00599 , for example) with the Handle Admin Tool the result is 'Exception Unable to find service for handle 1902.2/00599; prefix resolution response: Error(200): VALUES NOT FOUND' What am I missing here? |
