Hi Tim,

The easiest fix is take the following steps:

1) In your server's config.dct file make sure your server_admins setting is correct and refers to a valid administrator or hs_vlist, such as:
  "server_admins" = ( "200:0.NA/10176" )

2) Just below the server_admins line (or anywhere in the same 'server_config' section), add the following line:
  "server_admin_full_access" = "yes"

3) Restart your handle server.

If you then authenticate as 0.NA/10176 (index 300) you can perform any operations on handles in that server, regardless of any messed up HS_ADMIN values.
