We have a large number of handles,about 1.5 million, whose URL's needs to be changed. We can list out the handles and generate batch modify scripts, like

MODIFY loc.pnp/bbc.0007f
100 HS_ADMIN 86400 1110 ADMIN 200:111111111111:0.NA/loc.pnp
1 URL 86400 1110 UTF8 http://www.loc.gov/pictures/resource/bbc.0007f/

but these take a long time to run. Is there a way to do this faster?
