Re: [Handle-info] RFC Updates for Predefined Handle Types
Hi Tony,
A couple of answers below..

look like they should be added to the RFC as they are both in the
codebase
and type registry.
Agreed. Although the way the protocol currently works doesn't dictate
a specific handle value type for public or secret keys.
The following type
   HS_DSAPUBKEY
is listed in the codebase as being standard but is not listed in the
type
registry. Could this be not a standard type at all but just a
credential
type the same as
   HS_MAC
   HS_SIGNED
as it's also typed that way.
HS_DSAPUBKEY was erroneously used for handle value types when we first
moved to the java implementation, but that has been phased out in
favor of HS_PUBKEY since the type of public key is specified in the
key and signature information.
As for
   HS_NAMESPACE
I've really no idea. It doesn't look to be standard nor is it
registered.
This is a new type that we have been working on to provide a number of
services. I've just registered it as 0.TYPE/HS_NAMESPACE with a short
description. We will have to produce a full specification once we're
done designing it :)
Thanks,
Sean
