[Handle-info] handle server throws exception

Hi, I've just installed the latest version of the Handle server software on a Mac OS X Tiger machine, and everything seems to work, except if I try to create or list handles.

Among the error messages is a failure to connect to 132.151.1.53 -- is this machine off-line, or is the problem at my end?
