Note: This upload page is for new users. Existing users who have re-run the Simple Setup, e.g., after the IP address of the handle server is changed, should just email the resulting sitebndl.zip file directly to the Handle System Administrator at hdladmin@cnri.reston.va.us so that the service information in the prefix can be updated. Be sure to identify the prefix in your email message.

This is the final step in the HANDLE.NET^® Software download and registration process for new registrants, to be completed only after you have downloaded and installed the software, accepted the terms of the Service Agreement, and registered to become a Resolution Service Provider. Your sitebndl.zip file, generated during handle server configuration, must be sent to the Handle System Administrator in order to create and activate your prefix.
