[Handle-info] Invalid TLS certificate on hdl.handle.net

Dear Handle users and CNRI admins,

We noticed that there is an invalid TLS certificate on https://hdl.handle.net since Friday, November 24th. The TLS certificate has been revoked and throws an error in any client that validates certificate revocation list (CRL) responses. See this Qualys SSL Labs report for hdl.handle.net:

I sent an email to hdladmin@cnri.reston.va.us but haven't heard back. Hoping to catch someone here. We are getting desperate!
