[Handle-info] About CA and CT in OpFlag
Hi，
1. What is the difference between the CA and CT flags in OpFlag in Message Header?
2. How does the handle recursive service need to deal with the CA bit and the CT bit?
3. Does the client need to verify the response that sets CA=1? How should it be verified?
