0.NA/0.NA contains information about the GHR servers, via both HS_SITE values and HS_SERV values.

0.NA/20 is the top-level prefix for CNRI, as one of the credentialed MPAs (see https://www.dona.net/mpas).

0.GHR/20 has information about the GHR server run by CNRI.

0.NA/20.SERV is a prefix maintained by CNRI for its own use; it has HS_SITE records for local handle services run directly by CNRI.
