[Handle-info] Corrupted handle?

Hey Y'all,

I think I have a corrupted handle but don't know how to fix it.  The handle is http://hdl.handle.net/10020/2010.ia.16.v2.  
When I try to use it, I get a browser page that says Error - No Values Found.

Basically, when I look it up in the hdl-admintool, I get a response that it doesn't exist.  When try to create it, it says ERROR 101 HANDLE ALREADY EXISTS.  
When I try to modify it says ERROR 200 VALUES NOT FOUND.  When I try to delete it says ERROR 400 INVALID ADMIN.

I just want to delete it and re-create it.  Has anyone run into this problem and been able to fix it?
