[Handle-info] HS_VLIST appending in Batch File

Hi All-

I'm trying to add handles to an HS_VLIST in a batch file, but it seems that my current method overwrites the entire list with the 
current entry instead of appending it to the end. Any idea on how to batch add values to a list while leaving the current values 
still in it?

My failed method:

MODIFY 10834/users
200 HS_VLIST 86400 1110 List 300:10834/addThisUser
