Handle Tool

The HANDLE.NET software download includes an administrative client developed by CNRI, for server administration and identifier operations. This GUI tool provides the ability to create, modify, remove, query, and batch load or delete identifiers, and to associate handle service information with prefixes.

The Handle Tool is written in Java™ and uses Java Web Start. The Handle Tool is especially useful for quickly creating or updating identifiers that have URL values.
